2025 has been a busy year for the project team at Alford Manor House.
The old cart sheds have been carefully taken down and removed from site to make room for the new permanent event space.
Groundworks then began with the digging out for foundations and drainage. The steel frame has been built on site, with some brickworks having been completed. The roof has now been installed ensuring the building is watertight.
The workshop has also seen some works happen this year. With alterations and changes to the threshold as well as the installation of the steel goal posts.
2026 will see the windows being installed, further roofing works as well as internally fitting out both the event space and workshop ready for its opening later in the year.
